Eva Enriquez is Spanish multi-disciplinary artist, currently based in Los Angeles, California. Over the last two decades, her adventurous spirit drove her to live in several cities in the US, including, Aspen, Honolulu, Miami and San Francisco. Her studies at University of Hawaii Manoa in Fine Arts and Theatre, informed her abstract exploration of the varying levels of space, textures and perception through gestural geometry. In her paintings and installations, Eva uses vivid colors and a range of materials. Her interactions with environment and materials are a source of knowledge and continued inspiration for her work.
Eva has been a studio artist at Root Division in San Francisco, where she tough adults workshops. She has participated in several art residencies including the Honolulu Museum and Ox-Bow's Conversations in Practice. She received funding several educational projects for young adults at the family court in Hawaii and Larkin Street Youth Services in San Francisco. Her work has been exhibit in Galería Gaudí, Madrid, New York Art Fair and Berkley Arts Center, among others.
